Milwaukee weddings are some of the best around and this winter Astor Hotel wedding is no exception! Most weddings take place in the spring or fall when the weather is perfect, the sun is shining and the summer breeze warms your skin. Winter weddings, however, are reserved for the truly brave and magical couples. I have done many blog posts on how I feel about winter sessions, which you can find here, here, and here. A fresh blanket of snow provides the most stunning backdrop for your wedding photos while the creating a magical silence in the air. Ugh!! So beautiful!!
This year, for blogging weddings, I am trying something a little different; separating them into a couple different parts. First up, the anticipation. Those anxious moments when you are putting on your dress and touching up your makeup. Those last few moments as a single woman, because you officially become wife. Those sweet sweet moments are filled with so much excitement, nervous giggles, and deep breaths and are some of my favorite wedding day moments!
