Can you believe it is already mid April? I am loving this warm weather and am anxious to get outside for some more Waukesha family photography sessions!

But, while I love the outdoors, I also LOVE photographing in my studio -which I did a lot this month! In between attending dance competition that is!).

Waukesha County Headshot Photography

One of the big things I did this month was photograph the headshots for the Women and Girls Fund, Women of Distinction Honorees. This event will be taking place in May, and I am honored to be a part of it this year! I will share those headshots after the event – so stay tuned!

Waukesha Family Photography

I had lot of families in the studio this month for newborn photos and one year phots. This little guy celebrated his first birthday, and it was so fun to celebrate with him in the studio.

Studio Newborn Session

You all know photographing newborns is one of my favorite types of sessions to do. Who wouldn’t love snuggling babies?!?!

This light pink, grey and white newborn session was perfect for this little one. I love all of the little detail shots we got. These are the little things that you will always want to remember!

You can’t even try and tell me that this big little yawn isn’t the cutest thing ever!

Older Newborns are Absolutely Perfect!

You might hear that newborn photos have to be done in the first three weeks, and after that, it isn’t worth doing anymore. Well, I completely disagree. I LOVE photographing older babies.

Just take a look at this adorable little cutie!

And I know we can all agree that she has the most perfect hair, am I right??

Speaking of Older Babies – Get Ready for Tummy Time!

Tummy time sessions are usually photographed between 3 and 5 months old. As soon as your little one can hold her head up on her belly, it is time for a tummy session. Look how adorable Laney is showing off her new skill of holding her head up all on her own!

And Finally, More Newborns

I love getting to see kids become big sisters, and this superstar was no exception. She was so proud of her new role, and these pictures prove it!
